This concept not only stands out for its considerable savings in energy consumption, but also for the great improvement in the quality of life of those who live in it. The result of this magical project, in which the collaboration of Jerome Wepierre must be highlighted, shows that the houses of the future can also keep that special charm that unites tradition and culture, in this case, Mediterranean.

By using local and recycled materials, this house does not harm the environment. In addition, to maintain this connection with nature, the outdoor swimming pool is reminiscent of a saltwater pond. The sea is just a stone’s throw away.
This project is the perfect fusion between sustainability and design, where minimalism in every detail reflects the essence of La Pinada. Terracotta, wood, clay... the use of these modest materials shows that quality prevails over quantity. A maxim that we at Shop Your Space make our own.
